Suddeutsche Invest has advised NRG Investment in the transaction of two Solar parks at Valencia and Murcia. These projects will be in operation for the end of 2017 and will be selling the energy to the Iberian energy market.
The acquirers of the two Solar parks has been a private Spanish Investor for the Valencia one 4Mw and for the Murcia ones 10 Mw a German Investor.
SDI is currently managing the sales process with institutional investors of another two Solar parks (10 Mw + 10 Mw) which are already under exclusivity period and another 46,9 Mw at Portugal under construction.
