Torrijos, Toledo (Spain), July 1st, 2019,
Foresight group has acquired Torrijos-Noves project (10 Mwp) from Solaer Group, the project (1 single axis tracker) has been developed and constucted by Solaer group and Foresight acquires the project under a turnkey solution.
The works are quite advanced and is the COD is expected for the next month’s.
Once again, this project is part of a portfolio that SDI and Solaer are working together since 2016 in Spain and Portugal which adds another completed transaction to the previous Ourika 46 Mw, Escalonilla 10 Mw and Guzman 50 Mw.
From SDI want to congratulate Solaer group and Foresight for this new success under the Spanish market, and we are still thinking in much very soon!!!
RCD (Rousaud Costas y Duran) legal and SDI (Commercial advisory) were advising SOLAER group.
Foresight Group was advised by UL (technical) and Watson Farley Williams (WFW) in the legal side.
