Foresight group has acquired Campos del Rio project (10 Mwp) from Solaer Group, the
project (1 single axis tracker) has been developed by Pydesa Ingenieria and is being
constructed by Solaer group under a turnkey solution.
The project is located at Campos del Rio (Murcia) the COD is expected at the end of
2020.
With this project, SDI and Solaer have completed, together, 8 transactions under
subsidy free since 2016 with an aggregated sum of 150 Mwp.
From SDI want to congratulate Solaer Group, Foresight and PYDESA for this important
success under the Spanish market.
RCD (Rousaud Costas y Duran) legal and SDI (Commercial advisory) were advising
SOLAER group.
Foresight Group was advised by DNV (technical) and Osborne&Clarke OC in the legal.
