Castelo Branco (Portugal), August 13th, 2020,
Prosolia Energy acquires Castelo Branco project located in Portugal, for its construction
and operation.
SDI has advised SOLAER group first, in the acquisition from developer, and in a second
stage in the sale of the project to Prosolia Energy, the final investor. Pedro Silveira
Borges and the full team of Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins&Associados, were Solaer´s
Legal advisor in both transactions.
The project is fully RTB and is starting the construction works shortly. The COD for the
project is expected for Q3 2021.
